Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, kindly follow these easy steps:

1. Log in to Your Account: Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue."
2. Verify Your Account: Open the email sent from our store and locate the six-digit verification code. Enter this code on the online store page to proceed.
3. Select Your Order: Click on the specific order you'd like to return. If your order includes multiple items, choose the ones you wish to return.
4. Provide Return Information: Select the reason for the return from the provided options. Optionally, add a note for the store if you have any further details to share.
5. Submit Your Return Request: Click the "Request Return" button to finalize the process.

Return Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
